Yo,

You can now query for upc's that are not in upcdatabase, but are in
the tam database. That is, the tam database is checked first. You
know, I just realized that we could have made the barcode the same as
the node id of the chocolate we'll be selling...but anyway, this is
progress!

The web application does not yet save upc's in the database (called
identifiers in the web interface, but upcs in the python api), at
least it doesn't in staging even when I messed with it. I added one
manually to a test node (396) in staging for testing with query.
