If we know what bars we are selling we should submit the data to
upcdatabase.com asap so that it gets into their database.

The current upcdatabase connector either looks in our database (if the
query is a node id), OR in upcdatabase (if the query is a EAN).
Unless Lucy has added the logic it doesn't yet try to find that
product in our database.
