[Dev-flock] browse page slow to load

It just took me a total of 45 seconds for the browse page to load.  I
refreshed and then it took another 15 seconds.

Any thoughts?  Perhaps we could put a note at the top of the page: "Browse
Listings: The company listed below may take as long as a minute to load.
Thanks for being patient."
