2 issues:

1st:  There should be a record of what people have voted.  So perhaps the
stars should stay lit up at level that the person has voted.  So if they
choose to vote it a 4 then the first 4 starts should stay bright yellow.

2nd:  It's letting people rate a review twice which they did when it hadn't
shown a dramatic change after they voted.  I know this is probably the same
issue as letting people vote even if they are not logged in.  But I just
wanted to take note.
