[Dev-flock] chia's work is now published!!

yo,

there are a lot of differences between the production site
(/var/sites/hm_demo) and the repo (eg, /var/sites/hm_production). chia
has been developing out of the staging site (/var/sites/hm_staging),
however I figured hat her changes were confined to app/templates and
app/media. so I copied those from hm_staging into hm_demo. voila.
chia, please let me know if i've misjudged.

note: hm_demo (thoughtandmemory.org, demo.thoughtandmemory.org) and
hm_staging (staging.thoughtandmemory.org) are not in the repo. this is
a problem for moving forward, since it will make bug fixes committed
to svn difficult to merge into live code, but i'm confident it can be
resolved soon. i don't want to regress work, especially to a broken
state, so i'm holding off until after the science festival
today/thursday.
