Jam Session this Sunday at 6<---new time! dinner afterwards.

agenda (might not make sense until you read the whole email):
 * 15 min. go over intent of project management system and
milestone(=iteration) goals.
     * note: we'll have a presentation, Q&A and celebration of meeting
our Crow 5/31/08 goals. that's what we're working towards.
 * 5 min each:
     each of us reports:
story(s) or highlevel task(s) that we're working on.
include how it contributes to Crow goals.
include completion criteria, which are quantifiable
measures that mark when the story/task is completed.
         tasks with estimated time
current status <<<< this is the important part. in the
future the other stuff will take less time/energy/awareness because
we'll all be used to it.
^^ we'll do this together on the spot if you haven't done this yet
or have questions. brainstorming and feedback is good. I also hope
that ya'll have been making progress on your own (:
  * group questions? converse in smaller work groups if necessary,

As you all hopefully heard, I finally got the project manager setup,
plus Clay and I filled in a ton of project stories from the
spreadsheet.

If you haven't already, please check it out. Sign up for stories (set
of tasks) or tasks that you're working on, and modify/add as
necessary. You should have editor permissions. Pepe, that means you!
(you asked for some pestering :)

Click on the [help] link in the top left corner for a quick
guide/how-to. If you want more background on the system google for
"xplanner", as that is the project manager system we're using. It is a
tool for eXtreme/agile programming, which we're applying to all of our
thoughtandmemory work, not just programming.

Your usernames are probably something like : analucia, eggar, pepe,

if your account doesn't work or you have questions let me know.

Lucy.
