[Dev-flock] server "down", anyone mind if i reboot?

i have queued up "shutdown" and "startup" jobs to the linode's queue,
but the server has yet to shutdown. 'waiting on host'. i can't log in
via lish, so i'm not sure how else to get things to restart, other
than filing a support ticket. i remember this happening once before...
i queued up a few reboot and shutdown jobs and then finally they all
happened. until then, the server is effectively down. eit.
