[Dev-flock] process plan

I just gave an interview with my friend Dan who submits stories for
http://www.goodcleantech.com.  He's going to hold off on publishing it until
the beginning of March to let us catch up on our UI and performance.  So
we've got about a month to implement what we can of our next iteration
before we start pulling in some actual traffic.

No worries, this isn't Slashdot yet.  I'd even be happy if Dan's readers saw
our current implementation.  But I thought that the extra month might give
us some good encouragement.
