[Dev-flock] login malfunctioning

I understand that the users were reset, but I believe that this is still a
problem since someone signed up last night and never received an email.
I am also shut out as the same happened to me when I signed up again. Dan
manually accepted Josh's sign up on Sunday, but we want to fix this asap so
people don't get turned off.
