Yesterday was our first real contributer workshop. Details at:
http://www.thoughtandmemory.org/blog/

I'm so thankful and excited that we've come to this turning point. Dan put
in a 48 hour work session preparing. Fritz coached me on presentation.
Chia answered questions and will be going over the data from surveys with me
on Monday. Stephane came and brought his research experience from Citizens
Market. Luke came and wants to run his own workshop soon. A dozen SfGS MIT
students came and got a lot done too!

The website worked great. We ate chocolate and talked about research
strategies. We were featured on the MIT home page. Most importantly we are
now collecting real data!

That's right. Unless you're officially on our board of directors you can
now begin adding to our database, adding and reviewing our chocolate data
just by clicking "Get Started" from our homepage:
http://www.ThoughtAndMemory.org. Definitely click on "feedback" as well so
that we can continue improving.

As we continue to rework our technology, we are now squarely within a new
data collection phase of our process. Hurray!
