Anonymous users can create and modify tickets (tickets are 'versioned', too, so we can undo mistakes/abuse) Authenticated users can create and modify wiki pages (that's us !!) I didn't change much of the AJAX stuff, Mike, so that may still be broken. I'll work on that tomorrow unless you get to it first.
