 Updated ct.json - nothing changed except one table was removed.
 
 Added santa.json: Note, for some reason, './manage.py loaddata database/db/fixtures/santa.json' fails with an error about a missing article.  If you run the command 3 or 4 times, it should eventually succeed, and this is okay, because the fixtures have unique ids, so they will just overwrite old entries rather than adding duplicates.
