Use memmove() in Unicode functions
Where the upstream OpenLDAP code uses AC_MEMCPY(), use memmove()
instead of memcpy() as the copies frequently involve overlapping
memory regions. Credit to OSS-Fuzz for discovering one instance of
the issue.
