Author: Robbie Harwood <rharwood at redhat.com>

Remove deprecated OpenSSL calls from softpkcs11

Rewrite add_pubkey_info() in terms of the EVP_PKEY interface. In this
process, fix its unchecked allocations and fail fast for non-RSA keys.
