commit 71000b3361e08d9ef4980028679ae58ec0506095
Author: Greg Hudson <ghudson at mit.edu>
Date: Wed Aug 8 15:30:38 2018 -0400

Update many documentation links to https

Use secure URLs in the documentation where possible. The Sphinx web
site does not appear to have a valid server cert, but does have a more
    official URL.
