commit 48acdfdaf6ad519fe25c8b890c84e1da81ea3fd6
Author: Remi Ferrand <remi.ferrand at cc.in2p3.fr>

    Remove ksu -D flag documentation

ksu -D does not work in the default build, so we should not document
it. Remove any mention of it from the usage message and from ksu.rst.

[ghudson at mit.edu: edited commit message; omit change to generated man
    page]

    ticket: 8318 (new)
    version_fixed: 1.12.5
    status: resolved
