Log Message: 
If krb5_sname_to_principal returns a name with the referral realm, use
the default realm.

Store config parameters in a global variable, set after argument
parsing, not in each call to do_iprop.

Fix syntax of constructed principal name.  Ignore SIGPIPE.  Add some
debug messages.
