* prof_file.c, prof_init.c, prof_int.h, prof_set.c, profile.hin: Removed use of FSSpecs by the profile library other than FSSpec functions already exported. (Apple doesn't want this, and it causes serious performance problems for krb5_init_context on Mac OS X).  Fixed code which uses paths to actually share data properly (these bugs were also causing some of our performance problems).  This also fixes the bug where if you move your prefs out of /Library/Preferences and copy new ones in, some apps don't notice.
