Okay, actually we shouldn't be passing BUILT_PRODUCTS_DIR and TARGET_BUILD_DIR.  Instead we should pass around SYMROOT and just refer to the other variables inside Project Builder build phases and target build settings.  Our jam files and build system should continue to use SYMROOT. Also separated PrivateHeaders and ErrorTables from headers in Kerberos in the intermediates folder so that folks trying to get krb5.h, etc don't get krb5_err.h, etc
