Dear CSSA Members,

Our 2009 CSSA general presidency election is coming up on this Saturday, May
2nd. Please come and vote for our presidential candidates.

!!!NOTICE:!!!
1. Please bring your MIT ID with you at check-in, if you want to vote for the
candidates.
2. Please come at 5pm when we will count the number of people to order lunch
boxes for everyone. We will NOT share food during this special period of swine
flu.

Location: Room 4-270

Agenda:
5:00-5:15pm Lu Gao and Xiaoting Jia will give a summary of past year's work,
           and give a financial report.
5:20-5:40pm Both Team 1 and Team 2 will present.
5:45-6:05pm Both teams will answer questions raised by general CSSA members.
6:05-6:25pm CSSA members will vote for the candidates.
6:25pm      Delicious Chinese Dinner will be provided.
           CSSA representatives (XIAO Sa, FENG Wen and XU Zao) will announce
           the voting results.
