With the approach of 2009 Spring Festival, MIT CSSA will be hosting a Chinese
New Year Banquet with exciting Karaoke Contest!

After having yummy Chinese food, you can join our GAME STALL for funs, enjoy the
great music and nice voice of contestants for our Karaoke Contest, and watch the
rehearsal of MIT candidate performances for Spring Festival Gala. It will be
wonderful to fill this cold winter with the warm atmosphere and the joys of
Spring Festival.

********Recruit MIT Candidate Performances for Spring Festival Gala********

As you know, we will host a large Spring Festival Gala with seven other
universities in Boston at MIT Kresge Auditorium on Jan. 30th. It is a great
opportunity to show the talents of MIT students, such as singing, dancing,
drama, poem, and comedy.

If you have any ideas to do an interesting performance, we already have a
platform ready for you. During the break of Karaoke Contest, we¡¯ll have the
rehearsal of MIT candidate performances for the Spring Festival Gala. And we
will select 3 winner groups who will get big prizes ($80 gift card for 1st
winner, and $60 gift card each for 2nd and 3rd winner) as well as the chance to
perform in Spring Festival Gala in Kresge on Jan 30! Each participant will also
receive delicate gifts!

people? Here is a chance! Please come join us in the GAME STALLS after the
banquet, and sign up for a game stall! No expertise requirement, and no
restriction on what you wanna show, it¡¯s just for fun! We¡¯ll reimburse your
materials and small prizes within reasonable costs. And we¡¯ll also select by
audience the ¡°most popular game stall¡± and award a great prize!
