President Gang Pei and vice executive dean of the medical school
Guotong Xu of Tongji University are visiting Boston next week. As
member of the Chinese National Academy of Sciences and former director
of Shanghai Institute of Biological
Sciences (?????), Gang is very
keen on developing life sciences and medical research at Tongji
University when he took on the presidency of Tongji in 2007. During
the Boston trip, Gang and Guotong would really like to meet with
researchers in the Greater Boston Area interested in going to Tongji
for full time positions or collaborations with Tongji.

There will be an informal seminar and Q&A session next Wed (2/11) at
the Center for Life Sciences Boston (CLSB, 3 Blackfan Circle, 02115)
Room 11080 at 4pm. If you or members in your lab are interested in a
full time position at Tongji Univ or a collaboration with Tongji, feel
free to come, talk to Gang and Guotong, and submit your CV.

We would also appreciate you to help spread the words to your lab
members or colleagues!
