volunteering.

 

Besides, more volunteers are needed as models for a stage show of
traditional Chinese costumes. No stage experience is required while coaching
will be provided. Come and give it a try!

Dear Friends,

 

As you may have seen from a previous email regarding a Sunday's Benefit
Concert, there is some work required for volunteers.

 

1. Spread out the posters as in the attachment.

2. Help setting out during the concert. (You will get a chance to enjoy a
free concert by acting as a volunteer. Ticket price is $25!!!!)

 

If you are interested (include CSSA board members), get back to me before
Thursday night with the following information:

1. Name

2. Contact information (email and phone # )

3. Availability (Optional --> how many hours you would like to devote on
Sunday)

 

On Friday (latest saturday), I will assign a detailed plan with time and
responsiblity through emails. :)
