[MIT CSSA Outreach] Urgent: Summer Outgoing on 7/1 (Sunday), register now!

Dear All:

Join us at MIT CSSA's first summer outgoing (7/1/2007, Sunday). It is
guaranteed to be another fun journey from past experiences. We are heading
for places in Cape Cod region according to the overwhelming requests.

The main considerations are:
Martha's vineyard

Ellisville harbor state park

Transportation: We will go there by carpooling and rental cars.

Registration:
1. DO NOT reply to this E-mail.  Please E-mail liangfei at MIT.EDU titled with
"Registration for Summer Outgoing" by 11:00 PM this coming Thursday (6/28).
E-mails without the required title may be ignored.

2. Please write down full names and contact information (email + phone) of
yours and your friends', specify whether you are MIT students.

3. For those who can provide cars, CSSA can compensate the gas fee.  Please
clarify the capacity of your car if you can provide carpool.

4. For those who do not have cars but can drive, please also emphasize in
the E-mail.  The drivers are exempted for the car rental fee.


CSSA will announce the specific destination, meet place and time by E-mail
no late than this Friday.  Please check your E-mail on time.
