  Dear friends,

  The 12th TCFA Annual conference will be held in Cambridge, Massachusetts on
the October 7-8 weekend. With over half-year preparation and a list of
distinguished speakers, we are very excited about the conference and believe it
will be a huge success. We also have a lavish reception at Charles Hotel with
live performances no one should miss!

  This conference will be ideal for professionals interested in learning more
about the investment industry and meeting with other professionals and experts,
for students who are interested in investment research and management. The
conference covers almost all major aspects of investment research and
management, with leading experts from the industry and academia.

  We have started to take online registrations as of today. Due to the limited
capacity and great responses from people across the U.S. and even from China,
we expect the capacity will be filled up fairly quickly. I encourage you to
check out the program today (attached), logon to www.china-finance.org, and
click on "registration" to secure your place. We will NOT have on-site
registration and no guarantee of seats if you don't register early.

  In the first week of registration we will open to TCFA members only through
this distribution (with a limited number). After that we will broadcast to
sister organizations and the broad finance industry. So act now or risk
fighting with the crowd!

  For transportation and lodging, please also make your arrangement early as
October is the best season in Boston with many tourists. New York chapter
