Dear all,
A spectacular Peking Opera is coming on Sept.18th!
Led by the internationally renowned Peking Opera Star Ms. Qi Shu Fang
(Recipient of the 2001 National Heritage Fellowship for the Arts), the
opera troupe will give a splendid display of music, song, mime, glorious
costumes, amazing martial arts and acrobatics, offering an unforgettable
glimpse of ancient China!!!
The selection of this great opera is very classical:
(1) Fighting in the Dark (San1 Cha4 Kou3)
(2) Till Death Do Not Part (Huo2 Zhuo1 San1 Lang2)
(3) The Monkey King Wreaks Havoc in Hell (Wu3 Kong1 Nao4 Di4 Fu3)
