[MIT CSSA Outreach] Nomination and General Election for 2005-2006 MIT CSSA Presidency

Dear all:

It is time to open our annual nomination for 2005-2006 presidency of CSSA.
According to MIT CSSA constitution ARTICLE III, Section 7, ANY full-time
MIT CHINESE students/scholars are eligible for the office of President,
Vice President.  Please send an email to cssa-info at mit.edu to nominate or
self-nominate any candidate(s) for the position(s) of president or vice
president by March 26th. A reminder email will be sent out one week before
the closure of nomination on March 20th.

To facilitate better transition between each presidency, current executive
board will propose some schedule changes for this year, please read
carefully below:
1) March 1st-March 26th: Open to nominations
2) March 27th : Announcement of president and vice president candidates
3) April 9th or 10th: General election meeting
4) April 10th-May 12th : Presidency elected work together with
   current presidency to make better transition
5) May 27th : Recruiting meeting and 2005-2006 presidency in operation

Please nominate the persons you trust and rely on as our president
candidates. Please also save your schedule for the general election
meeting. Your attendance and vote are very important to our CSSA.
