China Telecommunication Market Environment and Trend

NECINA Wireless SIG (Special Interest Group) and MIT ABC are pleased
to offer a seminar featuring Mr. Yuping Chen from China Academy of
telecommunication research of MII.  Mr. Chen is the director of
Exchanging Center.  At this seminar, he will focus on China
telecommunication market changes, policies, and trend.   Mr. Chen will
also share his research and insight on China 3G market and regulation.
