[CSBi-HPC] CSBi IBM cluster downtime

There will be a building wide electrical power outage in NE47 on Sat April 8th 
from 8-4.  As there isn't enough battery reserve to last for the entire outage, 
I'll be turning the IBM cluster off along with with the NetApp storage Friday 
evening and turning it back on Sunday afternoon.   Please schedule your cluster 
usage accordingly.
