[CSBi-HPC] possible ibm cluster access outage

There may be a brief interruption in network access to the Whitehead part of the 
IBM cluster tomorrow morning from 6-8am.  They're shutting off the power to half 
of Whitehead for several hours and the network switch that provides access to 
the cluster may lose power if the UPS batteries run out of power during the 
outage.  This won't affect the cluster itself or any jobs that are running on 
the cluster, only your ssh access to the cluster.

Just found out about the power outage a little while ago.
