[CSBi-HPC] power outage took IBM cluster down

There was a building wide power outage in NE47 this morning and unfortunately it 
lasted longer than the batteries so all the systems (including the IBM cluster) 
went down.  Most things are back up, but I'm still working on the firewall which 
is preventing ssh access into the cluster.  Hope to have everything back up soon.
