[CSBi-HPC] ibm cluster access restored

[Al Davis]

There was a building wide power outage in B24 which had took down the network 
connection between Whitehead and NE47 where our half of the cluster is.

The power has just been restored, so you should be able to get in to the login 
node again.

We're working on a reconfiguration of the network to avoid this problem in the 
future.
