[CSBi-HPC] MATLAB users

Dear MATLAB users,

Just to let you know that if you have upgraded your personal MATLAB to
version 7.0.1. (to be exact: 7.0.1.24704 (R14) Service Pack 1), struct
arrays saved with the newer version are not compatible with version 6.5.1.
(6.5.1.199709 (R13) Service Pack 1).

This may affect some of you since BioGrid has MATLAB version 6.5.1, and it
seems that MathWorks refuses to support version 7 family for AIX. That is,
if you use struct arrays, you may want to keep your older MATLAB
version and use that for tasks requiring BioGrid.
