[CSBi-HPC] CSAIL CLuster Update

Hi All,

Progress has been make Ed Geraghty stopped by and sorted out the
imediate problems rather quickly.

The remainder of the delay is my fault for not having anticipated the
changes required in the VPN setup to get things working between
Whitehead and CSAIL.  The IBM nodes are up but I need to build a new
VPN box to get them integrated with the other clusters.

Things are moving along but I don't expect things to be back to
"production" quality until early next week.
