[CSBi-HPC] Cluster Downtime Friday 15th

Hi

The BioImaging half of the p655 cluster will be down all day (9am
onwards...) on Friday 15th August. 

This downtime will allow it's relocation to NE47.

Use of the CSAIL half should not be affected.
