Dear Colleagues,

We would like to cordially invite you to participate in the
2007 RECOMB Satellite conference on Regulatory Genomics, to be
held in the Boston Area, on the MIT Campus, from Thursday evening
till Saturday afternoon, October 11-13, 2007.

The meeting will consist of keynote presentations, oral presentations
selected from submitted 1-page abstracts, and three poster sessions,
also selected from submitted abstracts (Deadline: Sept 14, 2007).

The goal of the meeting is to bring together computational and
experimental scientists in the area of Regulatory Genomics, to discuss
latest findings, current research directions, and establish new
collaborations towards a systems-level understanding of gene regulation.

Topics covered include:
* Modeling and recognition of regulatory elements.
* Gene regulation and comparative genomics.
* Chromatin state and development.
* Post-transcriptional regulation and miRNAs.
* Systems biology of regulatory networks.

Keynote speakers include:
* David Bartel - Whitehead Institute
* Ewan Birney - Sanger/EBI
* George Church - Harvard University
* Jim Collins - Boston University
* Michael Eisen - LBNL
* Nir Friedman - Hebrew University
