Jacobian® Workshop in Computational and Systems Biology Modeling
Applications to Signaling, Pathway and Network Modeling

The January 20-21 workshop is intended for those who are new users of Jacobian®.
There will be a workshop in February intended for those who are experienced
Jacobian® users. Emphasis in the February workshop will be on advanced
applications including topics such as analyzing the model to identify equations
that are incorrectly posed (redundant, under specified, singular, etc.) and are
responsible failure during computation; and expanded statistical analysis in
parameter estimation.
