All submissions will be peer-reviewed and judged on their technical merit, novelty, and relevance to the technical program. Preference will be given to papers with strong, quantitative results. The conference will have 30 minute oral presentations and poster displays. Presenters who wish to have hardware demonstrations are encouraged to mark their preference for a poster display.
Paper submissions can be up to 6 pages and should use the approved IEEE templates<http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html>. The highest scoring submissions will be published by IEEE in the official HPEC proceedings available on IEEE eXplore<http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/>. All other accepted submissions are published on ieee-hpec.org<http://ieee-hpec.org/>.
Instructions for submitting are posted on the conference web site at: http://ieee-hpec.org/submit.htm<http://ieee-hpec.org/submit.htm>
Important Dates:
20 May 2016: Paper submission deadline
17 June 2016: Author notification of acceptance
Vendor Demo Night
Vendors are encouraged to sign up for the Vendor Demo Night. This will allow vendors to present their HPEC technologies in an interactive atmosphere suitable for product demonstration and promotion. Demonstration submissions will be accepted on a space-available basis. Accepted demos will have their title and abstract posted on the ieee-hpec.org<http://ieee-hpec.org/> web site. A table, three chairs, and a standard outlet will be provided in the demo area. To submit a demo, please fill out and submit the demo form located at: http://ieee-hpec.org/submitdemo.htm
