We are reaching out to the alums of the Center for Real Estate and asking
you to help us to continue to grow, to help us in our efforts to be the
foremost source of research and information about the real estate industry
domestically and internationally. If you are a real estate professional,
being able to access information, and people with information, is a
competitive advantage. After all, "knowledge is power".
The Center is funding industry relevant, practical research in the areas of
housing affordability, real estate and the development of the future, and
investment and portfolio management. We are involved in more projects than
ever before in our history. Are these areas relevant to you? If you are
interested in having a competitive advantage as a developer, the answer is
"yes". If you are interested in maximizing the return of your portfolio,
the answer is "yes". If you are interested in making informed investment
and acquisition decisions, the answer is "yes". All of the projects I have
listed will give you the advantage. The bottom line is that to maintain and
sustain the level of creativity, energy, and output that is required to
make the Center for Real Estate the international thought leader for the
real estate industry, we need you and we need your gifts!
It is not too late to make a contribution for 2004. To give on-line, go to
