Holiday message to the lyrics of We Three Kings of Orient Are
Finding gifts we traverse not so far
Buildings and hallways,
Labs plus offices are so inviting,
Following yonder thru yet another open door.
O star of wonder, star of night,
Students and staff with brains so bright.
Westward leading, still proceeding,
Guide us to the perfect gift.
Watching for the perfect gift
We stroll the halls and look like we belong
So then we find the seamless site
There's no one around and wallets abounds
O star of wonder, star of night,
Smiles abound as we slip around
Eastward leading, still proceeding,
Guide us to more extraordinary gifts
Cellphones or tablets to take home,
Intensely we watch to see what's around
We see doors wide open and no wise men around
We three wonder where more laptops can be found
O star of wonder, star of night,
Star with royal beauty bright.
Westward leading, still proceeding,
Guide us to thy perfect light.
You wise men and women who work day and night
Please be sure to lock up tight
If you see some folks who are lurking around
Be sure to call us so we can show them blue lights
The MIT Police are here 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
So please don't let the holiday break be an opportunity for thieves.
Lock your doors, and file cabinets too, report suspicious activity/people immediately by dialing 100 or 617-253-1212.
A Happy Holiday Season is wished to you all and to all a good night.
