[config-package-dev] unhiding in prerm doesn't work if/because file with the same name still exists

Hi Jon,

Thanks for the reply. I'm trying to provide my custom
/etc/skel/.bashrc. The problem I'm having with displace is that the
user ends with three files in their home: .bashrc.custom, .bashrc
(symlink), and .bashrc.custom-orig. This is actually a really minor
annoyance, but I managed to mitigate it by manually dpkg-diverting in
preinst, undiverting in postrm, and copying over from /usr/share (not
symlinking — user can't edit their .bashrc if symlinked) in postinst.

Looking at it again, this is pretty hackish, and I may just live with
three benevolent dotfiles there. :]
