[Cidrz] Updated Google Document

Hi guys,

Quick question on licenses:

1.	Any objection to contributing this code into JavaROSA and/or GATHER
when you guys are done?
2.	Any chosen license for the code you are writing? Is it GPL
compatible (any 3rd party library licenses to worry about)? I think lots of
other groups would like the camera functionality to ultimately end up
available in JavaRosa, which will be GPL.

Thanks,

Jonathan

Subject: [Cidrz] Updated Google Document

Hi,

I've updated the background (where I included a literature review
of the use of cellular phone in medical consultations) and the workflow. I
shall write a paragraph on the potential use of what we've created outside
cervical cancer screening and how its archival functionality would make it
ideal for follow-up (rather than a one-time decision support), outcome
metrics tracking and quality improvement. Dan, can you tell me the name of
that company that provides medical consultation in India via cell phone? I
didn't find it in the New York Times article.

Andres, I have added a couple of appendices for you: Appendix C.
J2ME Code for Image and Data Transmission to Server, and Appendix D. Web
Interface for Image, Clinical Data, Diagnosis, Treatment Plan and Review.

I'll create the field that will be used by the doctor to enter his
diagnosis and treatment plan, as well as the field for additional comments
after the QA/QI meetings. I shall email that tomorrow. I still have to
work on my friggin' Mars rover project for my AI class.

Andres, please note that each image needs a unique identifier on top
of the patient ID. I guess we need another appendix for the schema for the
server database? Has Adam gotten in touch with you? We need to schedule a
time with Luis to help us with sending MMS through GPRS (unless you want to
do that for us, Dan).

Luego...

Leo
