it was a little lacking in concrete text for the audience...a nitpick :)

Tough call on the privacy bit.  We need to spec out a simple access control
such that only the nurse has access to identifiers.  Everyone else who sees
the photo can only see it as a unique numbered photo so they can put their
notes/diagnoses on them.

- Audit logging for image views

Of bigger concern for all players involved is the location of all the data.
It's a tough sell to store any identifier information on a central server
away from the facility it was done at.  We could argue that all photos sent
to the central storage have NO identifiers and are only for diangosis
purposes decoupled from the patient.  Only data local to the clinic is
accessible with patient identifiers.

I think we have this down reasonable, the papers on the screening methods
and its efficacy, and the outcome metrics that Leo was working on...anything
else?
