I got this feedback on paper in class today.
Feedback for our team
1. Paper and presentation shows a clear and concrete plan, which also looks
feasible, and thus show a good chance of success. Good effort to do needs
assessment. Keep up the good work.
2. A good presentation. It could have been more explicit, in my view.
3. Great concept, focused, well-researched, good needs assessment.
4. Team is appreciative of the risk and is embarking on a survey. Team also
understand the technical challenges they are up against.
5. Your project is well focused and very doable. One very important thing
that you have overlooked is privacy. Ther material in these photos is very
sensitive and it is arguable if this should be stored in a database or
simply deleted after diagnosis. You need to design a model and architecture
for privacy and security, also, your presentation and write up could be a
bit more polished.
Common feedback (i guess for all teams)
1. Most feedbacks write ups lacked a needs assessment and potential success
metrics. No write ups included refrences and very few any external
resources. This should be addressed in the final write up.
2. The projects have all laid a strong foundation but the truly successful
ones will be those that deliver on that foundation and make a lasting impact
on their sponsor organizations
