[bioundgrd] Midterm advising meetings for course 7, 5-7, 6-7 majors

Dear Course 7, 5-7, and 6-7 Majors:

The mid-term advising period is Wednesday, November 4  through Wednesday, November 18, two weeks before  Drop Date<https://registrar.mit.edu/calendar>. Please make an appointment with your faculty advisor for some time within this period. You can refer to the faculty profiles page on the Biology Department website<https://biology.mit.edu/about/faculty-directory/> to find their office contact information.

Even if Biology is your secondary major or you are a Course 5-7 or 6-7 student, please check in with your Course 7 advisor and take advantage of this time to speak with them.

Also, we ask that you bear in mind any changes (i.e., changing status of registration or other items<https://registrar.mit.edu/registration-academics/registration-information/adddropchange>) that need to be approved by your advisor can be taken care of at this meeting, as it is leading up to drop date. For course 5-7 and 6-7 majors either advisor can approve.
