Spring is (almost?❄️️) here! Q3 PE&W registration opens this Friday and is first-come, first-served —spots fill quickly even with many course sections offered.

Q3 courses occur from Feb 10 - Mar 19, 2026. (Note: Feb 17 follows a Monday schedule)



️ ⛸️ Q3 COURSE HIGHLIGHTS 🏸

If Spring semester already seems intense, make at least one thing on your schedule about feeling better, not just doing more. 🙂

Whether that’s getting certified in SCUBA, building mental & physical fitness in Stress Management, Resiliency, and Nutrition courses, or learning real-world skills in Self Defense for Women.

Move in new ways with pickleball and badminton or reset your nervous system in Yoga/Meditation.
