Dear Biology Community,

I hope you are enjoying the end of IAP and staying safe and warm in this epic storm.

As we prepare for the start of the spring semester, I wanted to remind everyone that I reserve time (every week that I am in town) for department head office hours. You can sign up at the link below for a 30-minute slot to discuss anything that is on your mind. This is a good opportunity for me to hear your views on what we are doing well and what we could do better, answer your questions, and solicit your input. Office hours help me better understand our department through the experiences and ideas of the faculty, students, postdocs, and staff who work in it.
