Subject: Fw: In Need of your Colloquium Nominations for Academic Year 2025/2026

Dear Members of the Biology Department Community,
We would like to request your nominations for the 2025-2026 Colloquium Season. As most of you know, this is an opportunity to showcase a diverse slate of outstanding scientists from all disciplines in biology. A major goal of Colloquium is to include diverse speakers so please consider past invited speakers<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1UTNynbUNWWKaOdzmNIl9mOQPsmvdfBVOnPzC5qPbL9M/edit?usp=sharing> when selecting nominees. The nomination process is open to our entire community, so anyone receiving this email can nominate a speaker. Given the limited number of colloquium slots, we could not invite many nominees from past years—feel free to nominate any speakers you remain excited about, even if they were nominated last.

Please provide your nominations using the form below by Feb 28, for them to be considered by the Colloquium Committee.
