The MIT Winter Swim Test
Friday, Feb 2nd @ the Z-center Pool!

The MIT swim test<https://youtu.be/5_PM1F7R4k0> is offered to those who know how to swim and feel confident in passing the 100-yard swim test.
The boat test will also be available at this time too.

All students must bring their MIT ID Card and towel with them on the pool deck. Lock valuables in a locker or bring your bag on the pool deck during your test time.

The test will be offered from 11a- 2p and we request students attend during their specific time slot below:
· 11a-12p - students with the last name beginning A-H
· 12p-1p- students with the last name beginning I-P
· 1p-2p - students with the last name beginning Q-Z

Important reminders when taking the swim test:
* Unsure of your ability; practice ahead of time. Use the following link to view pool schedule: https://www.mitrecsports.com/
* Eat (at least a granola bar) 1 hour before taking the test
* Bring with you a plastic bag for your wet suit

For those who feel more comfortable taking a swim course, pre-registration will be available at the check-out on the pool deck or you can choose to register on your own.

Quarter 3 registration opens on Friday, February 2nd at 8am and closes Wednesday, February 8th at 1p at https://physicaleducationandwellness.mit.edu/registration-information/registration/
