Hello Biology Community, 

As follow-up to last Friday’s email from the BioEducation Office, this message includes three additional activities as part of Biology’s celebration of Random Act of Kindness (RAK) Week.

1.  Shoutouts to members of our community to recognize someone for their contribution, dedication, diligence, creativity, collegiality, kindness, etc. 

Submit <https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScM91oYTtTck7g_NExCwzDrOkFktAzjD64fcKCqSTBaTLzaJQ/viewform> your shoutout through Friday, March 11. It’s easy and quick and will make someone’s day.

Multiple entries are encouraged (one per form), and may be anonymous or include your name in the body of the text.  

2.  Refreshments for Researchers, March 8, all day, Bldg. 68 Tea Rooms.

When you are in the Tea Rooms for lunch or a chat with colleagues, please enjoy a supplementary snack and a bit of liquid refreshment.  

2.  Coloring with Colleagues, March 10, 12:00 - 2:00, Rm. 68-674.

Take a brief break from your busy activities, calm your mind, pursue an artistic endeavor, and enjoy the company of your colleagues.  Drop by and join DEI Officer Hallie Dowling-Huppert for this informal event.
